Awards and recognition are not why one maintains a web site. The writings on these pages have allowed me to form bonds with umpires and officials around the world. Often an e-mail message, a picture or an article flashes in my mind just at a critical moment on the diamond. I am a better umpire because many have contributed much to me, I only hope to return a little to each of you.
